NCB official named accused in sexual harassment case

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: An official of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has been named accused in a one-year-old case of alleged sexual harassment of a woman arrested by the officials of the NCB on charges of possessing heroin valued at Rs.9 crores at the Thampanoor bus stand in April last.

In the charge-sheet filed before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate by investigating officer Vakkom Prabha, the NCB has named Aruldos, an investigating officer with the NCB, and Kumar, a contract employee with the NCB, as accused in the case.
