Thanks again

This refers to the letter `Thanks for a good paper' (April 6). The Hindu also deserves praise for its commitment to intelligent readership, reinforced by its not carrying a regular column on astrology like other newspapers!

As one who was born in Chennai and who grew up with The Hindu , I fully endorse what N.J. Cama says. I think your distinguished paper is, in part, responsible for the mature thinking of the lettered in the south.
