Bangalore: Six parties have qualified to bid for providing flight-catering services at the upcoming Bangalore International Airport. They are Alpha Group, Gate Gourmet Ambassador (Gate Gourmet/Sky Ambassador), LSG Sky Chefs, Oberoi Flight Services, Sky Gourmet and Taj SATS, according to Bangalore International Airport Ltd. (BIAL) sources. The BIAL will award two flight-catering concessions to two independent operators. Each concessionaire will design, build, finance, operate and maintain all facilities required to provide flight-catering services at the international airport.
