TCT commences dedicated feeder services

CHENNAI: Tuticorin Container Terminal (TCT), operated by PSA SICAL Terminals Ltd., has announced the commencement of dedicated feeder services by two of the worlds largest container shipping lines, Maersk and Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC), at its terminal in India. S. R. Ramakrishnan, Managing Director, said in a release, "With dedicated feeders, shippers using TCT will be assured of the highest reliability and shortest transit time in connecting to mainline ships in Colombo." Mr. Ramakrishnan said this agreement would boost PSA SICAL's expansion drive at TCT.
