Kirloskar Brothers forms joint venture

MUMBAI: Kirloskar Brothers has formed a joint venture company with Corrocoat Ltd. of England to manufacture and salt anti-corrosive products, by hiving off its anti-corrosive products division. A new company has been incorporated with the name "Kirloskar Corrocoat Pvt. Ltd.". The company, alongwith other Kirloskar group companies, will have a total share of 65 per cent and other partner, Corrocoat will have 35 per cent share, in the share capital of the joint venture.
