Ministry nod for divestment in NLC

NEW DELHI: The Coal Ministry has accepted the proposal of the Department of Disinvestment to offload 10 per cent stake in Neyveli Lignite Corporation (NLC) that could fetch the government nearly Rs. 1,352 crore. After offloading 10 per cent stake, the Government shareholding in the company would come down to 83.56 per cent.
