Inflation dips below 4 p.c.

NEW DELHI: The annual rate of inflation fell to 3.96 per cent for the week ended March 25 from 4.06 per cent during the previous week, due to lower prices of manufactured products. The inflation rate, calculated on a point-to-point basis, stood at 5.10 per cent during the corresponding week last year, official figures released here said on Friday.
