Bangalore: The man who coined the often-quoted lines, "winners don't do different things. They do things differently" will be in Bangalore after a gap of four years to lead a motivational workshop.

The theme for Shiv Khera's workshop this time will be: "Gain a Winners' Edge" and the organisers say it will train people to position themselves for success, do the right thing for the right reason and understand the difference between authority and influence.

For team leaders, the message will be to motivate their teams go the extra mile, discover proven ways to handle everyday problems, enhance pride in performance, create an energetic work environment and to act with ethics and integrity in difficult situations.

The objective of this workshop is to help people inject enthusiasm at their workplace, understand the importance of universal values, and know how their credibility can affect their profitability. In his best selling books, translated into Indian languages, "You can win" and "Living with honour", Shiv Khera has referred to what he terms the "three As of success". They are Attitude, Ambition and Action.
