HYDERABAD:
It was a unique experience for those who came to watch Telugu film actor Nagarjuna's latest flick Sri Ramadasu at Shanti theatre in Narayanguda on Friday. Nag's fans organised Sri Ramanavami celebrations on the theatre premises. Members of the Akkineni Nagarjuna Fans Association conducted "Sitarama Kalyanam" as part of the festivities. Organisers distributed prasadam to the audience during intermission.
"It is only appropriate that the festival is celebrated along with the audience at theatres where Sri Ramadasu is being screened," association president A. V. Ramaraju said.
The film is based on the life of Kancharla Gopanna, a saint who built Sri Rama temple in Badrachalam. Gopanna is popularly known as Bhakta Ramadas.
