Need to curb stress-related problems: Sheila

NEW DELHI: Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit on Saturday emphasised that a perfect lifestyle gives rise to a perfect being and "a pollution-free environment, a perfect diet and a balance in mind and body are the need of the hour to curb the stress-related problems including heart attack, hypertension and diabetes".

She was speaking at a public seminar on "Healthy Ageing - Mind Body Intervention'' at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. Organised by Chinmaya Mission and the World Academy of Spiritual Sciences the seminar was inaugurated by Ms. Dikshit
