Bodhi offers career mapping services

Staff Reporter

CHENNAI: Last Tuesday was the most gratifying day for Bodhi, an institution that involved in students and career counselling, and its staff when a portfolio manager in a private firm stepped in to their office in Chennai.

Bodhi's director and CEO of its career division, Kalavathi, says the visitor and his family came to thank the organisation. In the last five years he had brought his daughter, four nephews and two nieces for their career mapping. It had helped them achieve success.

"It is not only the process of the test one undergoes but the post-test process where counselling is given. It makes things more meaningful," says Mrs. Kalavathi. Many parents were surprised to realise their children had so much potential.

She says education and career were much talked about today, but still in confusion. The confusion for modern day students and parents is "to find the right path among many," says N. Raj Mohan, Psychologist and founder of Bodhi.

Bodhi offers career mapping services to high schoolchildren to choose the right career by their `Career Sure Test' and Employability Quotient to College students by another test namely `EmQ'.
