Randhawa remains top-ranked Indian

New Delhi: Jyoti Randhawa continues to remain the highest-ranked Indian at 113 with 1.23 average points in the latest official World golf rankings issued on Monday.

Randhawa, who is third in the Asian rankings, is followed by Orlando-based Arjun Atwal at 140.

Atwal, having failed to make the cut in four back-to-back tournaments, has 1.05 average points and is seventh in Asia.

Shiv Kapur (1.02), who booked himself a place in the British Open last week, is at 146.

The next Indian in the list is Jeev Milkha Singh (0.45) at 319, followed by Gaurav Ghei at 361 with 0.37 average points.

Meanwhile, Tiger Woods entered his 386th week at the top of the rankings with 18.13 average points and his closest challenger now is Phil Mickelson after the latter's victory at Augusta on Sunday.
