Achuthanandan to address election meetings

KOZHIKODE: Leader of the Opposition V.S. Achuthanandan will address LDF election campaign meetings at various centres in the district on April 17.

In a statement here on Tuesday, CPI(M) district committee secretary T.P. Ramakrishnan sa id that Mr. Achuthanandan will address meetings at Nadapuram at 10 a.m.; Velam (Peruvayal) 11.30 a.m.; Koilandy 3 p.m.; Thiruvambadi 5 p.m. and Kunnamangalam 7 p.m. on the day. Party leaders who will campaign in the district include party general secretary Prakash Karat and Polit Bureau members Pinarayi Vijayan, Brinda Karat and S. Ramachandran Pillai.
