Summer special train

MANGALORE: The Konkan Railway Corporation Ltd. in coordination with the Western Railway and the Southern Railway has decided to run a weekly special train between Valsad-Mangalore on Konkan Railway route to clear the extra rush of passengers. Train 0913 will leave Valsad at 1.40 p.m. and reach here at 11 a.m. the next day.

Train 0914 will leave here at noon and reach Valsad at 10.30 a.m. the next day, according to a press release from Konkan Railway.

Special train 0913 will run every Thursday from April 13 up to June 1. Special train 0914 will run every Friday from April 14 till June 2. The special trains will have 17 coaches.

Monsoon timetable

Konkan Railway in a separate press release has said that it will implement the special monsoon timetable on Konkan Railway route this year from June 10 till October 31 as was done last year.

Train 6337/6338 Okha-Ernakulam biweekly express will be partially cancelled between Hapa-Okha-Hapa.

Train KR1/KR2 Mangalore-Verna Passenger train will be partially cancelled between Madgaon-Verna-Madgaon.
