Housewife murdered

HYDERABAD: Unidentified persons murdered a housewife Neelamma, 40, while she was sleeping outside her house at NTR Nagar in L.B. Nagar on Monday night. The victim was the first wife of a stamp vendor Sudarshan. The police suspect involvement of Sudarshan's second wife Andalu in the killing as she disappeared from Monday night. "We're told that earlier Andalu's two baby boys died soon after delivery and she suspected Neelamma's role in the two deaths. We're investigating if this drove her to hatch a plan to kill Nelamma," L.B. Nagar Sub-Inspector Pravinder Rao told The Hindu on Tuesday.
