TASTING VICTORY: The team from Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College that won various competitions in the Mumbai national moot court championship.

CHENNAI: A five-member team from Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College won prizes in various events at the National Intercollege Cultural and Moot Court Competition 2006 conducted by Jitendra Chauhan College of Law, Mumbai, recently.

The team, comprising Mohd Fayaz Ali, R. Venkat Raman, R. Sivaraman, C. Rakesh and R. Ashwin Kumar, was awarded the overall trophy at the event. They came third in the Written Arguments contest, which had the Memorial Award as prize. The team won prizes in various other events, including Commercial Advertising.
