Workshop on e-filing held

COIMBATORE: The Coimbatore chapter of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India organised a workshop here recently on MCA-21 E-Filing. Inaugurating the programme, Registrar of Companies, Coimbatore, V. Selvaraj, highlighted the steps taken by the Coimbatore Office and the Ministry of Company Affairs to enable smooth transformation from paper-based filing to electronic filing. About 150 professionals and executives from corporates attended the programme.
