The test will be held on April 27. The last date for submission of applications has been extended up to April 15.

The result will be declared on April 29, within 36 hours and the process of admission will commence within 15 days of the declaration of results. Classes will commence on June 1. This was stated by Afzal Mohammed, vice-chairman, PCMB and Syed Azaz-ur-Rahman, convenor, MEMCET.

They told reporters here on Tuesday that the MEMCET had been recognised and approved by the Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education and Justice Ranga Rao, who heads the committee set up to oversee conduct of CET.
