KMF launches `Tetra Brik' milk

Bangalore: Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF) launched the one-litre "Tetra Brik" pack of Nandini GoodLife milk here on Wednesday. The milk, which has been treated at an ultra high temperature and is packed in a six-layered tamper-proof Tetra Brik pack, has a shelf life of 180 days. GoodLife is prepared from the best quality milk collected from Holstein-Friesian cows.

Launching the new product, KMF chairman H.D. Revanna said the federation had envisaged dairy development in the State at a cost of Rs. 250 crore and this money would be used to establish facilities in Bangalore and Chennarayapatna.

G.S. Jayaprakash Reddy, Managing Director, KMF, was present.
