Railway division earnings go up

Thiruvananthapuram: The Thiruvananthapuram railway division has improved its earnings from the handling of goods traffic during the financial year 2005-2006.

The goods traffic improved to 2.279 million tonnes in 2005-2006, a release from the Southern Railway said.
