The University Grants Commission (UGC) will conduct the National Eligibility Test (NET) for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Lectureship on June 25. The test will be held at 66 selected university centres. Those who have passed master's degree in the relevant subject with 55 per cent marks (SC/ST/PH/VH require only 50 per cent marks) and those who are going to appear in the final-year master's degree examination are eligible to apply. The format of application, attendance slip, admission card and other details are available on the website www.ugc.ac.in. Completed applications should be submitted to the Registrar of selected university centres for the NET on or before April 28.
