Emergency Management Research Institute (EMRI) is organizing a two day programme on April 20 and 21 for recruiting Emergency Medical Technicians to work for 108 Emergency Service, according to Kakatiya University Placement Officer Prof. S. Ravi Prakash. The candidates who are interested to work for 108 Emergency Service as Medical Technicians may register at the seminar hall of University Arts & Science College, Subedari by 9.00 am on April 20. Candidates who have completed B.Sc. (Botany/Zoology/ Chemistry/Biotech /Microbiology/ Genetics or any other life sciences combination) with at least 50 per cent marks or who have appeared for final year examinations may take part in the recruitment process. Candidates have to take a test, he said.
PG II semester exams
The MA/MSc/ MCom /M.Sc./ MTM/ MHRM/ M.Com.(FA)/ M Li Sc II semester regular, ex & improvement examinations will commence from May 2. Additional controller of examinations Dr. M.Vidyasagar Reddy said the examinations would be held on May 2, 5, 8, 11, 15 and 16. The detailed time table is being sent to the respective colleges, he added.
Free coaching
KU SC/ST remedial coaching centre is offering free coaching to the SC/ST students appearing for UGC NET/CSIR examination, according to Coordinator Dr.P Manohar. The students who have applied for NET may submit their biodata for free coaching at the centre before April 30. The centre is offering coaching in English, Telugu, History, Economics, Political science, Public Administration, Commerce, Management, Computer science, Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Micro-Biology, Biochemistry, Geology, Sericulture, Dr. Manohar added. The classes will commence in the first week of May.
ANU
