Easter celebrated with fervour

Rajahmundry: Easter was celebrated all over the district on Sunday to hail the resurrection of good over evil. Thousands of Christians gathered in churches and lit candles. They also decorated tombs of their kith and kin in different cemeteries in the district.

In Rajahmundry, Saint Paul's Church Pastor Reverend P. Satish Babu arranged a special prayer meeting near Cemetery Peta.

Andhra Pradesh Minorities Association vice-chairman Kommanapalli Pratap Sinha gave Easter message.
