Good batting by Jaideep, Surinder

NEW DELHI: Fine batting by Jaideep Chaudhary and Surinder Dayma helped R.P. Academy beat Rohtak Road Gymkhana and enter the pre-quarterfinals of the 16th all-India Om Nath Sood memorial cricket tournament at the Shri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce ground here on Saturday.

The scores: Rohtak Road Gymkhana 209 for seven in 40 overs (Abhishek Sharma 51) lost to R.P. Academy 215 for five in 38.3 overs (Jaideep Chaudhary 66, Surinder Dayma 42 not out).
