Sreejith wins title

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: G.S. Sreejith (Thiruvananthapuram), with 5.5 points, retained the boys' title in the State junior chess championship, which concluded at the LIC Receration Club on Sunday. Thelma Gopal (Kozhikode) won the girls' title with five points. K. Athish (Kozhikode) and Rahul Manohar (Thrissur) finished second and third respectively in the boys' section.

Aswathy Balagopalan (Thrissur) and Meenu Rajendran (Thiruvananthapuram) was second and third in the girls' section.
