Three killed in road accident

UDUPI: Three persons were killed and three were injured when a lorry and autorickshaw collided at Tagarse village coming under Byndoor Police Station limits on Sunday. Muthaih (38), a labourer and resident of Golihole, who was in the lorry, died on the spot. The driver of the autorickshaw Gopala (23), resident of Yeljith village, died on the way to hospital. A passenger in the autorickshaw, Marli (55), died at a hospital at Kundapur. A case has been registered, the police said.
