Principals back JAC agitation

Special Correspondent

HYDERABAD: The Andhra Pradesh Junior College Principals' Association has decided to support the agitation to be launched by the Joint Action Committee of Employees, Teachers and Workers on April 21.

S. Mohan Rao, president, and A. Rajender Babu, general secretary, in a statement issued here on Sunday urged members to ensure success of the dharna to be staged by JAC on April 21.

They expressed anguish at the delay in release of stagnation increments to serving and retired employees as also in DA instalments.

They charged the administration with trying to delay the report of the Rangachary Committee on discrepencies in Pay Revision Committee recommendations.
