Man arrested, valuables recovered

BANGALORE: The Kalasipalyam Police have arrested a man on the charge of house break-in and burglary and recovered valuables valued at Rs. 6 lakhs from him.

The police gave the name of the accused as R. Ramesh alias KGF Ramesh (29), resident of Lal Bagh Siddapura.

The police said the accused was a habitual offender.

Proclamations and arrest warrants were pending against him in 12 cases as he was at large, the police said.

With his arrest, 14 new cases reported from Kalasipalyam, KR Puram, HAL, Mahadevapura and Kanakapura Police Station limits have been solved, the police claimed.
