SEBI directive to Coimbatore exchange

MUMBAI: The Securities and Exchange Board of India on Monday named a three-member committee to undertake day-to-day operations of the Coimbatore Stock Exchange (CSX). The board also refrained the exchange from taking any action pursuant to the resolutions passed at extraordinary general meetings held on February 15 and March 31, 2006, adopting new articles of association.
