CHANDIGARH: The Haryana State Council for Science and Technology (HSCST) has invited research and development proposals for carrying out research in bio-technology, health, food processing, waste management, environment and energy and other emerging areas. An official spokesman said here on Monday that the proposals should be submitted through recognised universities or institutes of Haryana including the institutes based in Delhi and Chandigarh. He said the details of the above-mentioned areas and guidelines or format for the submission of the project proposal could be had from the office of the Secretary either on cash payment or on payment through demand draft.
