CHANDIGARH: The Haryana Employment Department has set up a private placement cell (PPC) at the District Employment Office in Gurgaon for providing free placement services to job seekers as well as employers. It has also set up a website, www.haryanajobs.in An official spokesman said here on Monday that the job seekers could get themselves registered online on the website by clicking on "Post your Resume.'' The applicants who are not in a position to get themselves registered online can fill up their details in the form which could be downloaded from the website. The applicants would have to present the relevant documents regarding age, qualifications and experience to the officer in charge of the District or Divisional Employment Office for verification. The officer would post the details of the applicant on the website and create his or her e-mail ID. An employer willing to avail of Private Placement Services online would have to access the website and click on "Post the Vacancy''. The names of candidates matching their requirement would appear so that the employer could make a selection and intimate the same to the officer in charge of the PPC who would contact the selected candidates with further instructions.
