CHANDIGARH: Adding a new dimension to the way people communicate on the mobile phone, Spice Telecom, Punjab's premier cellular operator, on Thursday launched "Voice SMS Service" for subscribers across the State. The new value added service will make communication faster and more convenient for subscribers as the sender can record the message in his or her own voice instead of typing and sending the SMS. Mukul Khanna, Assistant Vice President-Marketing of Spice Telecom, Punjab, said Spice had been providing its subscribers with exciting products and services. The launch of Voice SMS, that gives Spice subscribers freedom from typing long and tedious messages by simply recording and sending their message in their own voice, is another such exciting service from Spice, he said. - UNI
