Satyam joins Billion Dollar Club

HYDERABAD:
Satyam Computer Services Ltd, the Hyderabad-headquartered global consulting and IT services provider, has become the first company from Andhra Pradesh to achieve a major landmark in crossing US $ 1 billion revenues.
From a modest start less than 20 years ago, Satyam has become one of the fastest companies in the country to achieve the significant milestone after the Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys and Wipro. Employing over 28,000 employees in India and abroad, Satyam could join the Billion Dollar Club through its IT solutions meeting stringent international quality standards.
Satyam's Founder - Chairman B. Ramalinga Raju is modest in his projections for the current year pegging the turnover at Rs. 6,000 crores.
