Vimta Labs net drops

HYDERABAD: Vimta Labs, a Hyderabad-based clinical and trial research company, has registered a net profit of Rs. 13.50 crore during the year ended March 31, 2006, suffering a marginal drop from Rs. 14.12 crores during the previous fiscal. Total income, however, showed an increase from Rs. 52.19 crore to Rs. 54.2 crore. The company had declared a dividend of 40 per cent and announced plans for achieving a total revenue to the tune of Rs. 90 to 100 crore during the current fiscal.
