New COO for Nipuna

HYDERABAD: Nipuna Services Ltd., Satyam's BPO subsidiary, has appointed Deepak Mangla as its Chief Operating Officer. The Global Delivery head of the company till recently, Mr. Deepak, who joined Nipuna in October 2005 after his earlier stint with Accenture Services, would be the facilitator of strategy and delivery in his new role. He would be involved in service delivery, business strategy, operations, planning and marketing intelligence besides identifying and growing new and niche competencies.
