JMD to invest Rs. 100 cr. for shopping mall in Ludhiana

NEW DELHI: Real estate firm, JMD Promoters, on Tuesday announced its foray into Punjab with an investment of Rs. 100 crore to build a shopping mall in Ludhiana. The mall, JMD Govardhan City Centre, which is scheduled to be completed in next 12-15 months will offer 2.5 lakh sq. ft. of area for retail, entertainment and food court, according to the company's Vice President- Marketing Rameet Trehan said.
