Essar's Orissa project

BHUBANESWAR: Essar Steel on Tuesday said it would start the construction work on the Rs. 10,700 crore steel plant before monsoon, discounting reports that it was backing out from the Orissa project, due to delay in land acquisition, according to General Manager (Corporate affairs), Bikram Mohanty.
