Pondicherry: The six day institutional capacity building programme for Small and Medium Enterprise development organised jointly by the Commonwealth Secretariat, the EXIM Bank, the M S Swaminathan Research Foundation (MSSRF) and the Union Small Scale and Agro and Rural Industries Ministries is now under way from April 23. Sixty delegates from 34 commonwealth countries are attending the programme.
