Pondicherry: The election authorities have posted additional police officers in constituencies that had been identified to be sensitive. District Election Officer G Theva Needhi Dhas said on Tuesday that Inspector Baskaran has been assigned the Cassicade constituency. Sub Inspector Balachandran would assist him. Bahoor: Inspector of Police Deivanayagam. Mudaliarpet and Oulgaret: Inspector Atchudhan. They have been provided with Central paramilitary police personnel.
