Port Trust felicitates major users

PARADIP: Paradip Port Trust (PPT) chairman K. Raghuramaiah felicitated the port users and thanked them for helping the port in achieving record cargo during 2005-06. He complimented Paradip Phosphates Limited for handling the highest volume of traffic (2.10 million tonnes) and other major users like Rungta Mines, Tamil Nadu State Electricity Board, NTPC and Steel Authority of India Ltd.

He also complimented J.M. Baxi and Co. for handling the highest number of 265 vessels during the year as the shipping agent.
