Kakinada: The CPI (ML) New Democracy East Godavari district committee at its meeting here on Wednesday has denounced the Maoists' stance alleging that they were indulging in anti-revolutionary policies. The meeting condemned the Maoist dalams' attack on the New Democracy Pratighatana dalam members in Korukonda near Illendu in Khammam district recently, inviting them under the pretext of talks on revolutionary matters. IFTU district president J. Venkateswarlu presided. Participating as the chief guest, Tanya, CPI (ML) New Democracy State secretariat membersaid that such kind of attacks would not further the unity among the revolutionary forces. Ms Tanya called for amity by avoiding friction among various groups. M. Durga Prasad, district leader of the CPI (ML) New Democracy, said the revolutionary movements would be adversely affected by the anti-revolutionary stance of the Maoists.
