Staff reporter

Chennai: Soft skills training has a Rs. 5,000 crore market in India as more and more companies and individuals turn to coaching programmes for skills improvement, according to Vidyashankar, CEO of the OnlySuccess Learning Technologies.

OnlySuccess, a soft skills training company headquartered in Chennai, recently announced the launch of its programmes in Dubai and Sharjah.

Mr. Vidyashankar said people were looking for specialist training programmes such as neuro linguistic programming. Hence, training programmes have been designed for adults and children to become "super achievers". Currently, the company offers its programmes in five locations in India. A `wealth creation' training programme to help people invest their money better and improve their finances will also be introduced in June, Mr. Vidyashankar said. The company can be reached at 42155353.
