BANGALORE: The Consortium of Private Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMED-K) will conduct its Undergraduate Entrance Test (UGET) on May 28 for admission to undergraduate professional courses in the private unaided colleges attached to it. The test for Physics and Chemistry will be held in the morning session and the test for Biology and/or Mathematics in the afternoon session on that day. There will be no sale of printed brochures and application forms, either at the colleges or at the COMED-K office. Candidates have to apply online on the COMED-K website (www.comedk.org) , according to a COMED-K press release. Online applications will be issued from April 28 till May 15. The last date for receipt of application forms is May 18. The last date for dispatch of admission tickets is May 24. Candidates will have to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 600 to appear for the Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) or Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) combinations. The fee is Rs. 800 to appear for all the four subjects (PCMB).
Answer keys
The answer keys of the test will be published on May 28. June 4 is the last date for requests for verification based on the answer keys. The test scores will be published on June 8, and the last date for requests for verification of the test scores is June 11. The merit list will be published on June 14.
