Zavata opens new facility

HYDERABAD: Zavata India Pvt. Ltd., a technology-enabled BPO services and solutions provider to healthcare and related segments, has opened its new centre at Kondapur on Hyderabad outskirts. Built on 58,000 sq. ft area, the facility has the capacity to house over 1,200 employees from which Zavata will deliver its end-to-end, technology enabled BPO services. Zavata has invested approximately $5 million in the facility to make it a world-class centre that is fully functional with leading edge technology developments and the company had plans to hire around 100 associates for its voice-based process taking the headcount in the segment to 300 by June end.
