Minister takes up Indian doctors' problems in U.K.

NEW DELHI:
Minister for Overseas Indian Affairs Vayalar Ravi on Thursday raised the issue of the problems being faced by Indian doctors in the United Kingdom with a visiting British parliamentary delegation, an official statement said.
He urged the members of the delegation to use their good offices to take a positive view of the issues being faced by the Indian doctors given their core role in the British health care system.
The British delegation is visiting India to understand issues relating to international migration and social issues concerning the Indian diaspora, the release added.
