Cadila announces 1:1 bonus

CHENNAI: Cadila Healthcare has announced a bonus issue in the ratio of one share for every equity share of Rs. 5 each. The directors have declared a dividend of Rs. 6 per share of Rs. 5 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2006. The company has achieved a net profit of Rs. 164.90 crores against Rs. 131.40 crore. Total income has risen to Rs. 1,141.90 crore from Rs. 1,321.60 crore.
