Programme to become `super achievers'

Chennai: Soft skills training has a Rs. 5,000 crore market in India as more and more companies and individuals turn to coaching programmes for skills improvement, according to Vidyashankar, CEO of the OnlySuccess Learning Technologies.

He said people were looking for specialist training programmes such as neuro linguistic programming. Hence, programmes have been designed for adults and children to become "super achievers". The company offers programmes in five locations in India. The company can be reached at 42155353.
