BHADRAVATI: A Teacher in the local Industrial Training Institute was arrested on Thursday on charges of misbehaving with a girl student. He has remanded in judicial custody. Police said Mohammed Rahamathullah was allegedly misbehaving with a girl student, besides torturing her physically and mentally. He reportedly used to make offensive telephone calls to her and harass her frequently. — Correspondent
