SALEM: A training programme for the presiding officers and polling personnel appointed for the Salem - II and Yercaud Assembly constituencies was held here on Friday. A release said a total of 720 personnel attended the morning session of the programme and 728 personnel in the afternoon session. Election officials demonstrated the Electronic Voting Machine and explained various activities to be carried out during the polling.
Interaction
Participating in the programme, Observers Neelam P. Kasni (Salem - II) and Devesh Kumar (Yercaud) interacted with the polling personnel. Returning Officers M. Selvaraj (Salem-II) and the T. Subramanian (Yercaud) presided over the programme.
