BANGKOK: Thailand's Constitution Court on Monday began to deliberate whether to nullify the April 2 snap election, while the Election Commission endorsed 103 more winners and wound up the poll. Constitution Court Secretary-General Paiboon Warahapaitoon said a swift decision would be made concerning the legality of the election but he did not give out the specific date. ``There could be a hearing if necessary. I cannot predict how long it will take but I am confident it would not be long,'' he was quoted by The Nation as saying. The Administrative Court's decision to suspend the third round of voting was seen as the first step toward declaring the poll void.
